Copyright policy

Aperture Photo Art retains copyright of all photographs taken during the session, and reserves the right to to use all images in portfolios, promotion, as art, exhibition or advertising. Client may reprint images from the supplied DVD for non-commercial use.

Delivery

It normally take 1-2 week before an online gallery to created for client to select images for printing.
Prints and album will be available to be picked up or shipped in 4-8 weeks from the order date. Image DVD or online download of original images will be provided to client 6 month after the session or after the print or album ordering is completed (whichever comes first).

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made within a specific timeframe in order to receive a refund of any kind. Please note that deposit to secure a date and time is non-refundable. Because most events are typically scheduled weeks in advance, with less than 20% of our business consisting of short term planning, the cancellation of a scheduled becomes a burden on our business. For this Aperture Photo Art reserves the right to withhold a "liquidated damages" fee of no less than our premium hourly rate of $100. Cancellations must be made no later than 15 days from the scheduled event date.

Disclaimer

Aperture Photo Art is not responsible for the outcome of any photography or videography service due to weather, up to and including, our decision to cancel the session due to such conditions. We will make every effort possible to provide an alternative regarding rescheduling or alternate location shoot. We are also not responsible for photography and/or videography equipment malfunctions or failures. For this reason we try to provide sufficient backup resources in the way of spare equipment at the site.

Aperture Photo Art is an alias of Drawgate, inc. While Drawgate maintains its focus on architectural renderings, Aperture Photo Art emphasizes portrait photography.
